Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

True to the nature of her dragon species, Diamond Luster was once a vain, egotistical dragon who desired nothing more than to be the most beautiful dragon in existence. So when her travels brought her to the island home of Shield Tail and Dark Drakon's dragon herd, she was instantly envious of Pastel Rainbow effortless beauty. Out of desperation to prove herself even more beautiful than Pastel Rainbow, Diamond Luster went to extreme lengths, which cumulated in her breaking into a castle to try and polish her scales on a grinding stone. This not only left her with severe injuries, but she was also nearly killed by an army of dragon slayers. Ever since that day, Diamond Luster was a more humble dragon, and now gets on quite well with Pastel Rainbow and the other dragons in her new herd.
