Rosebud Dragons are a fun and social breed found most often in the spring. The petal-like feathers that grow on their sides spread their sweet and floral scent. Although they have poor eyesight, they have ribbon-like extensions that extend their olfactory abilities to help create a map of the area around them. When flying, Rosebud dragons tend to hover, using their wings to fan their scent throughout the air. A widespread breed, they go to great effort to visit as many flowery fields as possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Suotuisa has an unusual fondness for Turpentine dragons. While others will shun their stealing habits, she finds this behavior more endearing than anything else. It's not uncommon to find this dragon with very minor burns and small amounts of oil on her feathers. Turpentines are not especially pleased to see Suotuisa, as she can carry a one-sided conversation for hours, but she has nevertheless made a few friends among the packs. Despite her love for the oily dragons, Suotuisa is cursed with the heightened olfactory senses of all Rosebuds. It's her self-assigned duty to mask the turpentine-esque odor with the smell of flowers, all carefully plucked from the flowery fields her kind is known to roam.
