Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Daiv lives on Green Isle with the other dragons, though she is known to wander. Daiv is the drifter in this dragon cave, never staying for long. She is wild and vicious at times, yet she has a soft spot for flowers. Aluna, her sister, tries to convince her to stay for longer, but Daiv feels nervous when she stays for too long. She's never found any dragon that is anything like her, so she spends her days wandering, trying to find the dragon of her dreams.
