Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The owner of this dragon came home one stormy, cold Christmas looking optimistic... but dreary at the same time. What surprise it was that, after hours of hunting, the owner found a Holly egg sitting there. With excitement and anxiety, the owner took care of the egg until it hatched, bursting a beautiful red color that looked almost exactly like a red hatchling's.

Soon, he grew into a magnificent adult. After some thought, the owner decided to name him Holly Jolly Pun Thuwed after realizing he is the descendant of a leader's dragon.

Days after he grew, Holly Jolly (as he came to be called) began to realize how lucky he is to have a 'parent' like his owner. He helps his owner take care of dragons, albeit being a horrible caretaker.
