Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

His name means "Study First" in Japanese. He is wicked smart, and has a fierce temper. The only human he allows near him or his mate is Remy, the keeper of the valley. He was adopted by Kiyomi and Kentaro at the same time as Gina, and they were raised together. It was apparent from the start however that they weren't going to be adoptive brother and sister, but mates. He loves her deeply and would do anything for her; he often brings her thoughtful gifts, like flowers, or a nice deer for supper. His favorite weather is when it's storming really bad, and if he had his way, it would be hurricane season all year round. Thankfully for the rest of the valley's denizens, he has been vetoed every time by his mate Gina, and always will be.
