Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As the sun beat down merciless onto the hot desert sands, a young hermit struggled to reach the beautiful oasis hovering just beyond the horizon. He would have died there, staring at something that wasn't real, had it not been for Zector. He brought the hermit back to his cave and nursed him back to health, using a few tricks a White had taught him years before. The two became close friends, and traveled the desert together in numerous adventures.  But one day, the hermit didn't return to Zector's cave. Zector, never swaying in his loyalty to his one true friend, began to search every inch desert's sweltering sands for his friend. He never did find the hermit, but he never gave up either. Zector is still out there somewhere, searching in vain for his lost friend.
