Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Crescent-Sun represents the cycle of the Solar Moon, a moon which inhabits its own plasma core and gravitational pull. This unique moon orbits the planet "Draco" which is named after the constellation which is near it. Solar Moon is inhabited by few humans and plenty dragons related to the sun and moon. Crescent-Sun is extremely playful and will get along with anyone. Being somewhat close to the sun Solar Moon is quite warm and is one of the many moons bursting with life. Crescent-Sun can fly directly into stars being unaffected by heat and can dismantle them into Star-Fire Tail which is a type of material for building nests on the moon. Humans that have lived on the moon often float dead, despite the moon having Star-Fire Tail which emits Oxygen, but Draco has much more life that the moons which of course means the humans live on Draco. Solar Moon is one of the three moons the Sunsong Amphipteres live on, so Solar Moon is a Moon of Good Fortune, and Crescent-Sun is to thank for that.
