Azure Glacewing Dragons are one of the largest breeds. They grow to overwhelming sizes; folklore tells of ancient dragons outgrowing even lakes and mountains. They are quite oblivious in nature, and rarely care for—or even notice—the presence of other, smaller creatures. When hungry, an Azure Glacewing might strike suddenly, securing a tasty snack. An adult Glacewing is often more commonly found in the sea than in the sky or on land, due to their enormous weight. However, come mating season, Azure Glacewings return to the forests in which they were born, so that the young have lots of game to feed on.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lacie is a rather sensible, motherly dragon, especially towards those dragons younger than her (which, considering her age, is most of them). She hates dragons that slack off in their duties, frequently criticizing Sammi and his musical crew for being "morons" and pursuing music rather than finding mates and raising hatchlings. As a result, she's often a very solitary dragon, preferring to hunt alone rather than deal with dragons that she feels are holding her back.

Despite her otherwise practical mindset, however, living near a dragon like Bertrum Piedmont has taken its toll on her; she's freaked out by the strange stone piles that Bertrum makes, claiming that she's seen them move in the night and that disturbing them would have consequences, explaining Bertrum's neurosis over keeping them "pristine." Most dismiss her as a paranoid old lady but nobody's sure if there's truth in her allegations.
