Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Though his appearance may be startling, and he may look like a simple brute, Dioskouri is a soft spoken and wise dragon. He enjoys reading. Even when he was small he would drag scrolls away and hide them, demanding to be taught how to read. As he and his friends matured wings, they would test their wings relentlessly, flapping harder and harder until they got the hang of it. Dioskouri instead spent his days reading, as if he never noticed he had wings, until a windstorm blew in. At this point, it was questionable if he ever would fly, but when the wind caught his wings it triggered his instinct to test them, and he began hopping feverishly. Sparks flew, and so did dragons as everyone leaped and played in the wind. Nowadays, Dioskouri doesn't flap about as much, but he still reads heavily. Often, someone will have to bring him food as he forgets to hunt. He is the offspring of an Electric and a Rosebud.
