Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Although most of the ink has vanished over time, some scrawled words on Birchbark Wonder's creased skin suggest that they were once a feathery romance novel. This is embarrassing at times, causing the poor dragon to cover up the less desirable words with their spindly tail as a human would their body with clothes. Fortunately, Birchbark Wonder gives off the pleasant aroma of a fresh forest.
