When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

He used to be an Earth Dragon. But as he opened his eyes for the first time, all he saw was a marvelous sight. The water of the ocean, shimmering and sparkling, and all the dragons swimming around. He was entranced by this scene and promptly dove into the cold, yet comfortable water. He found that swimming came as naturally to him as breathing. He used his tail as a rudder, and his wings as a motor.
Then agony so great came to him. It was unbearable. He shrieked with pain, and cried tears of sorrow. He thought that he was going to die.
But he was only changing. His skin started changing hues, from green to aqua and then to blue. His wings shrank back into his body, and he felt his skin opening up. He has gills now. He knew that he was going to stay a Sea Dragon forever. He knew that his heart belonged to the Sea.
