Cee-Cee, otherwise known as Charming Detective Cee-Cee the Stealthy and Lovable, is the official spy for the Paper Angelkitten's Army. If suspicious activity is afoot that Esky deems a threat to the Army, Cee-Cee is sent out to figure out what it is and why it's happening. The suspicious activities are rarely actually threatening, however, and all that's recovered from a typical mission is juicy gossip. The portion of the Tales of Bat Country she was folded from involved a failed sneak attack on a castle to obtain a large keg of a fire-flavored energy drink. Her detective skills, therefore, are not very good, and she has the singe marks from more aggressive dragons to show it.
