Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Guardra was brought into the cave for one purpose and one purpose only: to protect and kill if necessary. Regardless of Royal Blues' natures to only fight when absolutely necessary, the Castle Master saw the great possibilities the breed could achieve, and made it a goal to raise one to perfection. So, Guardra was almost entirely raised by the human, her sense of justice being manipulated to something horrible. When she was finally mature enough, she was sent to guard the castle's entrance, surveying the land for any threats. She is also the one the other dragons go to when there is a minute problem, such as a missing item or something's up with the hatchlings. As hard as the Castle Master tried, she couldn't completely get past the Royal Blue's peacefulness, instead getting a stern, yet reasonable leader, though what she considers an injustice can vary vastly from what most believe.
