White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Snowflake is the first white dragon who hatched from the ancient eggs of Ko. Silkfeathers took care of him, to raise him as a companion and healer. But although he's a skilled healer, he didn't turn out to be such a peaceful and calm character as his foster-father.

His ability to heal wounds made him coltish and carefree. He would not pay heed to the damage he can inflect why frolicing with the other hatchlings and later dragons, just because he could heal them afterwards.

This doesn't make him less popular with the other young dragons who like a rough game, but it's somewhat a disappointment for Silkfeathers.
