Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

This dragon adamantly believes that he is the Big Cheese, the Be-All End-All, the most amazing thing since mozzarella. He also believes he's a master of manly virtues, and accordingly spends his time beating up 'lesser' males and flirting with any vaguely female-looking thing he lays eyes on, including statues and flowers. True dragons have gently tried to point out that cheeses don't truly have genders and also can't mate, but the snobby creature spurns their 'uncultured milk' ideas, saying that they've yet to mature into sophisticated cheeses like himself yet and accordingly, can't hope to keep up with his profound thoughts. These profound thoughts of his, however, have earned him nothing but looks from females that are sour enough to, well, sour milk.
