Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Human Transmutation sees himself as a curse on the other dragons of his clan, and can usually be found sulking at the back of the cave about his 'pitiful existence', as he puts it.  He is incredibly melancholy, and his mood tends to rub off on the other dragons. When it rains, he stares out the cave mouth and moans about how dismal it is outside, and when it's sunny, he complains it's too bright. Goodwill To Men is especially frustrated by him, and will have long staring contests with him in an attempt to cheer him up.
