Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

TornHearts is a rather melancholy dragon.  She has been known to burst into tears at odd moments and create thunderstorms in the cave, frightening the hatchlings, younger Frozen hatchlings, and younger adults.  Once or twice a month she falls victim to strange spasms that cause her to thrash around, shredding almost everything around her.  Only the other dragons from Starryfire's 'Torn' series experience these spasms, but once every two months or every month.  TornHearts is sort of a heart breaker, her contagious upset feeling (which hangs in the air around her like some sort of strange cloud) can make even Smaug tear up, especially after she flicks her head in a 'no way' manner.  She is honest besides her ability to make others sad.  She rivals hunting and fighting skills only to Shread.
