Rosebud Dragons are a fun and social breed found most often in the spring. The petal-like feathers that grow on their sides spread their sweet and floral scent. Although they have poor eyesight, they have ribbon-like extensions that extend their olfactory abilities to help create a map of the area around them. When flying, Rosebud dragons tend to hover, using their wings to fan their scent throughout the air. A widespread breed, they go to great effort to visit as many flowery fields as possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dapple Dawn Rosepetal and her sister Lilac Dawn Rosewind were the only pair of dragons that was not raised in the castle. Due to their poor sight, the Lady Mother thought it best to raise them in the orchards where they would be living as adults. Dapple spent every moment getting used to the flowering trees and bushes around her until she knew every inch of the orchards. She liked the smell the best, it was the smell of a hundred flowers. Every step the new scent of a flower welcomed her. Sensuin, A White, was asked to help Dapple in whatever she needed. Soon enough their time together became friendship and in time, love.
