Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Soulmusic is a singer. Not just the draconic crooning and warbling that many dragons do, but true singing. With a voice reminiscent of reed-pipes he has a huge range of sound and happily belts out melodies from gentle lullabies to fast-paced dance numbers and haunting melodies to up-beat feel good numbers. He often sings on the wing, twisting and diving in the sky so that only flashes of gold from his reflective scales can be seen, leaving many to wonder if it is an angel come to earth. While it makes many feel good to hear his singing and he is happy to do so, he can use it against someone if they are not careful. If he feels threatened he can croon out a hypnotic tune, leaving an aggressor stunned and entranced while he makes a quiet getaway. It is also useful for hunting, freezing prey in bliss before it is quietly dispatched.
