Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Due that Miraway dreamweaver doesn't have any protective scales being an albino dragon she has lived a bitter life when she was a hatchling. She was an easy target for attackers and she was also insecure about her appearance, Miraway was especially jealous of golden dragons as their scales were beautiful but also perfect for combat. Eventually Miraway got fed up with being sour and scared. In an moment of inspiration she asked the spitfires and ultraviolet dragons in her clan for assistance. She had the idea of creating her own bodyarmour and due to the spitfires and ultraviolets fire and craftmanship they helped her make it. Now Miraway is completely covered in armor, only her eyes are uncovered. The armor made Miraway capable in battle and due to it's beauty it has also made her attractive during breeding season. Miraway's creativity empowered her and she has been truly happy ever since. Due to the succes she now also designs armors for her clan-members and made her clan thrive.
