Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Honoo Kurakunaru meaning Darkening flame, is a adventurous dragon, much like her father. She goes out for days, even weeks without a word then returns and acts as if she never left. While she is with the group she never speaks of her adventures and it is gossiped that she goes out to meet a wild dragon. This rumor she of course ignores because of it's stupidity but has never out right come out and denied it. Despite her personality she almost always speaks the truth good or bad.
