He is frozen from a spell gone wrong, but he always claims it got it's advantages. For one, Swift is allowed to prank all he likes and never get in trouble. Another is that he does not need to worry about fighting other clans, which Swift dreads. But the biggest quirk of this tiny, pint-sized dragonet is that he whips people. He whips EVERYONE and then screams out to them that they are "Foolish fools doing tomfoolery." ForrestDragon has no idea where this came from, but she has a feeling that her friend is the reason.
