Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Poor Menthoz is a small, meek creature forced to share her world with a number of much larger and fiercer beasts. Most Breedery dragons stop spending time in Lurhstaap's personal living quarters when they grow up, instead seeking out a den of their own suited to their breed and personality. Those who like the Breedery-Master visit him in his home on the forested northern face of the mountain, but most dragons only live there as babies. Once they're old enough to leave the creche, they move on. The Breedery holds an ever-expanding amount of land around the original mountain for this reason. But not Menthoz. The little Mint is one of the few to remain for life. She is frightened by the other dragons, and doesn't feel safe unless her Master is there to protect her at all times. There are other, less shy Mints around who try to lure Menthoz out to forage in the garden, and she will go sometimes, but won't stay long. She prefers the safety and guaranteed affection of being a pet to freedom.
