And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This dragon looks forward to eating zombies with the same gleeful joy at which zombie children look forward to eating brains. Her parents are quite alarmed by this behavior of hers, but none of their insistence that Soulpeace dragons are meant to put zombies to rest rather then eat them for breakfast has had any effect on her. While her parents bicker over whose side of the family tree her violent streak came from ("Both MY parents were Whites, it has to be YOUR side!"), she happily prowls the yard devouring imaginary zombies.
