Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has large frills on its head.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Lil'Frill is spoiled, he gets everything he wants and is incapable to do anything on his own. The reason why his owner, Harry Potter, used a spell of everlasting youth on him was because he feared that the frill dragon would be unable to fit in as an adult because of the way he acts. As Lil'Frill is and always will be a hatchling he often plays with Bubble Mister, his best friend on his owners scroll.
