Frostbite Dragons first appear at the beginning of winter, creeping in with the frosts. They have found their place in human lore as the spirits of snow, since they only reveal themselves during icy weather. In the depths of winter, they cover the world in blankets of snow and are believed to be responsible for the glittering frost that creeps over everything. Although they appear cold and distant, they are actually rather mischievous and enjoy spending time dancing through blizzards.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Snow enjoys sitting and watching the young dragons play. She will sit next to them and tell stories of when she was just a small dragon. She used to look forwards to any new arrivals, but now, as she sees her grandchildren having children of their own, she is seeing how old she has become. She wants to grow old and retire, but she wants to continue having children with Rain. Many of the young females help her with the children, but she refuses to let Snake come anywhere near the hatchlings.

Sh can be found in Winter gliding around mountains and swooping down on the village to say hello. She lives in Snowclan, a clan of many dragons, all being taken care of by Snow and Snowydragons4lif. Snow was the founder of Snowclan and will be defensive if anyone brings new eggs or hatchlings in, but she warms up to them and eventually will love them as her own. It breaks her heart when an egg or dragon must be abandoned, for she raised it from an egg.
