Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

ParadisePony is a strange Nebula Dragon. She spends much of her free time eating strange things, random plants, unknown creatures, and a few rocks or other objects that she probably shouldn't be eating. She's always acting weird, and has even been seen falling over, passing out, or throwing up while staring at her nebula. Nothing deters ParadisePony, she goes on eating things that might poison her no matter what anyone mentally tells her. Ingesting strange things has taken its tole on ParadisePony. She is covered in scars and burns from attempting to eat dangerous an poisonous creatures. Her choice to eat strange plants sometimes has her staggering around or seeing things that aren't there. She has probably done a lot of permanent damage to her brain and body. Even so, she spends much of her nights staring peacefully at her nebula. ParadisePony once tried to eat a porcupine, which injured her face and neck with its spines. She'll eat hedgehogs because those quills don't get stuck.
