Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. A rather mysterious yet curious dragon, Dual-Gifted Nevermore is often said to leave random gifts to people. However, these gifts have a small set of requirements unique to each gift and individual and they always seem to end with the word "Nevermore".

She also has a peculiar vocal tick that occurs whenever someone asks her a question. Her first response to all the questions would be "Nevermore". Afterward, she would answer the question normally as if nothing happened.

When she heard about her father's kind and their feeding habits, she first considered it to be quite morbid. However, she figures that it is what it is and doesn't let it bother her. However, she also does take after her father in that she also can pull off a "grave face" when she is threatened.
