Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Chronos are often considered to be the most elusive of all Xenowyrm subspecies: they live in the darkest and densest forests, far from civilization. They are masters of time magic, allowing them to manipulate the flow of time at will. It is said that Chrono lairs are protected by a field of magic that makes the minutes tick by at a slow pace for any unwanted visitors.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Chronologo loves history. Not a surprise since he is an expert in time magic, but more of a surprise since he loves human history--specifically war and tragedies humans had to face to get where they are today. He weeps for lives lost but relishes in intellectual and combat victories. He can visualise the struggles perfectly and even peer into his favourite moments in human history he's learned about. Chronologo's interest is seldom shared with any other dragon and doesn't have much time for finding a mate. When he isn't in recluse, Chronologo cautiously seeks out human elders to pick their brains of their most interesting tales and maybe even get a book or two from them. He also enjoys a nice baked fish.
