Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tony's life started out the same way the life of many young dragons does, with his egg lost by his parents and orphaned, until he finally found a loving new family. His new parents were overjoyed; his father had always wanted more hatchlings but his mother was infertile after laying that one very special egg around Christmas that had been taken from them. So naturally Brian had everything he could wish for growing up, and more than everything he knew love.

So who cares if his mother not only wrote weird (and a bit schmaltz-y) novels but also claimed they were all true; what about all those stories about his father spending two thousand years as a living statue; did it really matter that his mum claimed to have created all the universe from memory—no it didn't.

Brian got all the love and all the boundaries a little hatchling needed and he grew up to be a pretty normal young dragon if maybe a bit on the more imaginative side. But that's hardly a bad thing.
