An almost strictly nocturnal breed, Ciriax Lindwyrms are especially attuned to the moons’ cycles. They spend nights patrolling the edges of their territory, aggressively fending off intruders while they feast on their prey. After two or three nights of feeding, often around the time of at least one full moon, Ciriax Lindwyrms retreat to the recesses of their cave or underground homes. These dragons make it particularly difficult to travel on nights that are well-lit by moonlight, often to an unsuspecting adventurer’s dismay.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

User Description

Deep within a certain jungle lies the ruins of a temple. Half-buried in the cold earth, the golden carvings along its walls entice in adventurers and historians alike, promising a taste of glory and riches. But for those who venture too deep, a dark corner will inevitably bring them eye to eye with a massive draconic head, blue eyes flaring in the dark.

"This temple does not welcome mortals. Depart."

And then, considerably less intimidatingly, a cheerfully cackling voice from the shadows further in--

"WOULD YOU LIKE SOME FRIES WITH THAT SHAKE!"

"FOR GOD'S SAKES WENCH, LET ME HAVE MY MOMENT!" The original head shrieks, after which follows a great amount of wrestling and roaring, the trespasser leaving quite unimpressed, and a great amount of shrieking and wailing after. Needless to say, the left head's attempts to come off as the temple's mystical guardian are eternally thwarted by her sister-head, leaving the left to sulk in disgust and brainstorm ways to tie the other's mouth shut.
