Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It perfectly depicts spring weather.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This little hatchling thinks he's so tough and thinks he scares everybody, but the truth is he's not really scary or tough. He just likes to think of himself that way. Just like his name he always says "Fear the fangs!" He opens his mouth to show his "so called" fangs when there really small, soft, baby teeth. He dreams of becoming a mean, horrible dragon killing everything in sight. He knows it will never happen but he still likes thinking of himself big and mean.
