Balloon Dragons are so named because they are filled with a gas that makes them almost lighter than air, similar to balloons. However, they are not prone to bursting, as they are covered in tough skin and can deflate themselves if necessary. In addition, they generally are slow moving. They use their gas bladders to float to the tops of trees, where food is more abundant. They can shift their weight from their backs to their fronts, allowing them to reach leaves and fruit.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
If it's possible to be 'too happy', Reshio is it. He's always smiling, even during the saddest of moments, and, as a happy dragon, believes that he should help spread the joy. As such, he's worked up a long range of tricks to do that, ranging from 'accidentally' crashing into a stalagmite to jokes so bad they're good.
Thus far, he's managed to get each and every dragon to smile, at least once. Except, of course, for Evan. This is immensely frustrating to Reshio, seeing as he believes his sole purpose in life is to give others joy, but he won't give up. When pressed on his reasoning, Reshio gave one of his infamous smiles and cheerfully said:
"Smiles are amazing things; they brighten up the world around them. That's why I want to make everyone smile. But... Evan won't smile. I've tried everything—everything! But I won't give up. If he won't smile soon... Then I'll cut one onto his face."
The interviewer then excused himself and hurried off, wondering why all Balloons here are crazy.
