It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This purple dragon lives among a grape orchard on the inside the walls of a castle owned by a noble.

Due to her peacefulness and good temperament, she is welcomed among the humans who live there, sleeping out in the courtyard. She has earned her name due to her help when it comes to the harvest seasons. The long tendril-like appendages on her head and tail allow her to safely pluck fruits from hard-to-reach-trees, and also aids in pulling out vegetables without damaging the crops or soil. That also reduces the work required to gather the crops, and when the harsh winters come, she is allowed to stay warm inside of the castle.

The dragon would sit inside of the castle's grand hall at special occasions, watching the people enjoy the feast she has partially helped in assembling. She refuses to take more than she thinks she deserves, only keeping a single leg of venison or a small portion of Strawberry Tarte and nothing else.

The noble of the castle treats her equally among his people.
