Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Unlike her "big sister" as she affectionately calls Kanifa the bronze, Tikke is not quiet or shy at all. She is rather friendly and loves to meet new dragons from all over the clan's territories. She enjoys nothing more than drawing attention to herself, sometimes even shocking others with her behavior. Though her reflective golden scales themselves could be considered a jewel, Tikke likes to decorate herself with flowers and gems from her hoard. Despite all of her tries, though, finding a mate has always been difficult for her.
