Few dragons embody serenity and potential quite as perfectly as Avatars of Creation. They dedicate their abilities to the arts of healing and growing, and their shimmering scales seem to glow in accordance with their mood. The tendrils of an Avatar of Creation grow slowly throughout its life, and the longer the tendrils grow, the more potent its abilities become.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Genesisjewel lives a solitary life on a frigid island with an overabundance of wild, raw Ice mana. Using his powers of Creation, he channels the energy from this mana into a Life-aligned crystal kept in his cavernous, icy lair. Whenever conditions become too harsh and resources begin to dwindle, he draws on the reserves stored in the vast crystal to create a "false spring", rejuvenating the flora and fauna of the island. Though there aren't any other dragons around, he finds happy companionship in the animals he shares his territory with, and as a powerful Avatar is so in-tune with the powers of nature, even the humblest of plants.
