Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

THE PEACEFUL PACK, or Pack as he's usually called, is a member of The Peaceful Pack, a group not bonded by blood, but by their mutual love for peace, friendship and happiness. Pack was abandoned as a hatchling, his parents nowhere to be found. The White dragon Leanabha found him, and cast a spell over him to prevent any ageing. Now she and the other adult members of the Pack look after him, feeding and protecting him and the other hatchlings.

Because of his unfortunate youth, little Pack considers it his duty to find other lost hatchlings and give them a warm welcome in the group that is now his family.
