Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs.

Donald, the ever ravenous red dino, is famed among his adopted dragon family for his love of the shiny red boots his carer Rosewicket gave him. As a young, newly hatched dino, he would scamper after the dragon hatchlings in search of food, and often burn his tiny feet where his dragon playmates had been first unleashing their fiery breath each morning. Knowing he would be confined too the caves for much of the day without protection, his human carer weaved a protective spell around some sturdy boots making them totally fireproof, but accidentally making them bright red. Donald was ecstatic after five weeks of being cave bound each morning, and now never removes his shiny red boots.
