Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

In smaller or more isolated draconic communities, the unexpected death of a black, white, or magi dragon can mean the permanent loss of dozens of spell variants. Gadenko has made it his life's work to travel to such communities and make records of whatever spells they use. So far, what he has successfully collected would fill a very small volume. If he's not being chased off by dragons convinced he's there to steal their secrets, he's spending days listening to elders unsuccessfully explain how they use magic. If he does manage to record something, it often turns out to be fundamentally identical to something already in the Goldenmage Assembly archives. Still, being an optimistic sort, Gadenko refuses to take on a simpler occupation, like herding pygmy dragons.
