Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s kind of shaky on its feet and enjoys playing in puddles.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Water Puddles is playful but quiet, and lives with Water Pony Sweetling in his cavern connected to their main cave, instead of the frozen hatchling cavern. Puddles has never encountered a human other than sassyhorse25, making Puddles as shy as a mouse. Puddles was influenced to be a boy but has a girl's personality making Puddles be considered a girl, and she tries to flirt with Blue Moon Wanderer quite a bit.
