Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. DancerOfTheSkies is a very majestic dragon. Even though she makes people drowsy and unaware, everyone thinks she is beautiful. Dancer is pretty much the definition of elegance. If only her past wasn't so dark...

    It happened on a normal afternoon, the sun was strong and the breeze was just the right temperature to cool the day. Dancer was flying through the sky, enjoying the morning rays. After a long while she decided to rest. As she lowered altitude to land, she came across a small town. The people were bustling about, and everything seemed normal, until she heard her name. She dropped closer to listen, and overheard their conversation. They were hunting for Dancer. They put up a reward for her, dead or alive, because of her amazing beauty. Ever since then she has had to hide, being selective of the people she trusts.
