Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Most of the Magi on the Isles have banded together as self-appointed overseers of the general well being of the Isles and its inhabitants, especially in areas of  knowledge and magicks. However, one Magi has little time or care such trivial matters.

DOOM knows her powers and that few Magi use such violent magic outside of hunting. But DOOM is always "hunting". When she isn't hunting with her mate Real Men (and hunting those who want to steal her mate), she spends her time working with the more aggressive warrior dragons in practicing to secure the Isles. Those who love the peace of this perfect paradise do not understand that it is not kept this way through mere peaceful actions. Very few remember how the Isles were taken from its prior inhabitants.

She is also a frequently tapped volunteer on raids led by the GoNs to purge unnaturals "created" by defiling Nature and their "Creators". She finds solace in hunting and destroying these beasts to restore the delicate balance of Nature.
