Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Zar roc is quite a bold dragon. He likes to think himself as a leader of the others, but he is one of the younger dragons and can rarely gain control. He enjoys racing the other dragons in the cliff tops, but he will never join in the fights of the older dragons. He rarely flaunts his elegance, because this can cause the other dragons to attack out of jealousy. His mate is Galzara, and he finds that because of this, controlling the others dragons is a lot easier.
