Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Bright-Breasted Wyverns are a breed of dragon easily recognized by their bright red markings. They are a small breed, only the size of a full-grown man. However, they have developed poisonous barbs on their feet to make up for their size. Their coloration is used to warn off potential predators of the danger, and is also used to attract mates. They are very social, and can often be seen preening in large groups.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Strong-willed yet caring, Tropicae is seen as quite intelligent by most dragons, capable of complex and sophisticated stratagems and an immense amount of wit. This natural intelligence has made her naturally arrogant, and she has no qualms at pointing out the faults of others. Despite this, she always recognises her weaknesses, and will willingly take feedback -- provided it is from a trusted or respectable source, and is framed with politeness. Her arrogant side is contrasted sharply with a hidden, more caring side, that will protect and nurture younger dragons and humans alike. This duality can lead to some funny moments when both sides come out, and has led some to believe she is mildly schizophrenic. This is inaccurate of course, it is merely a result of her unique personality.
