Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. 'Eha ko'u Molia, or Molia for short, is part of an infamous group of five dragons. They have deceased family members who died at the hands of a human they trusted, and though they requested for the bodies of their fallen loved ones, the humans ignored them. Thus, the five dragons came together renaming themselves to create a powerful message; E Ho'iho'i the Earth dragon, Pauku Palahalaha Lahilahi a the DayGlory dragon, 'Eha Ko'u Molia the Hellfire wyvern, Paha the Shallow Water dragon, and their leader Lamaki Ali'i the Red dragon and also the former chief of the Red dragons in the area. Molia is the group's most strongest dragon and is often appointed to make attacks on the villages of the humans who possess the remains of their dead loved ones. Molia takes passion in his rage and despises humans in every aspect. He is a dragon to avoid, for he has no mercy.
