Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ricara is a proud and slightly arrogant young dragoness. She is strong and healthy and thinks this puts her above weaker dragons like Mints or Pygmies. Ricara doesn't really care for anyone else but herself and is completely happy to take joy in her strength, training her flight abilities, and hunting for worthy prey.

Lately she has caught herself a follower, the young Blusang male Z'up, who seems fascinated by her powerful wings and elegant movements. So far he hasn't engaged her, so she hasn't had a reason to put him through the series of ridiculous tests she has prepared for possible suitors, but a part of Ricara looks forward to the day when he will, so she can send him through literal and proverbial loops for her own amusement.
