Lihnseyre Dragons are innately in tune with the souls of creatures around them, informing these dragons of where and what life forms are near. These solitary creatures use this ability to evade others and watch from a distance, staying out of sight or soaring high up in the air. As they have a tendency to “see” and appreciate souls more than the actual wielders of said souls, they are rather detached in terms of emotional and personal connections. Though some tell stories of their anger and sorrow being washed away by these dragons or being freed from weariness, this is not out of inherent goodwill; they simply prefer the feeling of peaceful souls. While hard to anger, a Lihnseyre Dragon, once enraged, will unleash powerful magic to sever the soul tether—the connection between a being’s material body and its extra-planar soul—of the offender and effectively end their life with cold indifference.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Soular is a wise, peaceful dragon with a bit more compassion than the average Lihnseyre. Though he typically avoids others and prefers migrant solitude (he's usually wandering around), he won't turn others away when approached. He is normally very quiet and doesn't engage much in conversation, but he will listen carefully to whatever is being said and read into it probably way more than the speaker is aware of. When he does speak, Soular tends to be very blunt. He doesn't necessarily mean to hurt any feelings, he just tends to speak overly honestly and say things to others he probably shouldn't. He's more than willing to relieve burdens from weary souls, not only for his own peace of mind but victims' as well. He recognizes the beauty in life and power in emotions, though he is mostly incapable of replicating them.
