Aria dragons are a brightly-colored and sprightly breed, perhaps most adored for their lyric calls. Their song-like melodies fill the areas they inhabit; their coos resemble those of birds, only more elegant and refined. They have fairly strong magical capabilities, but tend to reserve these strengths for last-minute defense, choosing to live their lives in simple peace. Arias, sticking to the tropics, typically live quite far from human settlements, giving rise to the previously held belief that they had gone extinct.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Abandoned by her birth mother as a newly hatched hatchling, Peacea was raised by foster dragon parents for most of her life. Although her foster parents provided and cared for her fairly well, they were always very emotionally distant and as a hatchling Peacea often longed for a real family of her own. She is a very sweet-tempered dragon and has always been considered one of the most congenial and universally-loved dragons among her peers. When she reached adulthood, she happily mated with Rorst, an autumn dragon whom she has known ever since being adopted by her foster parents. Peacea was only too excited to move into a cave next door to Rorsts parents; she was very close to them and with her mating to Rorst they virtually became, for her, the mother and father she had never known.  Peacea now happily spends her days raising her dragon babies and taking them next door to spend time with their grandmother.
