Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

"I HAVE CRYSTALS! FROM THE MOON! THEY ARE SO VERY GENUINE, TOO!" This dragon likes to boast that she has crystals from the moon. However, some of her clanmates have raised serious issues that could undermine or even completely destroy her arrogant claim of having genuine artifacts from the lunar object orbiting the planet: There aren't crystals on the moon. This dragon isn't in a rush to answer these questions, however, and merely resumes her horrendous singing whenever they come to ask her. Even stranger, nobody has ever seen these crystals that she allegedly possesses. This has raised numerous conspiracy theories on how or where they are stored, and what they are being used for. In fact, some hysterical dragons believe she is trying to take over the world, even though exactly how one takes over the world using something not even from that world is not known. But whatever the truth might be, this dragon knows one thing for sure: she has crystals from the moon, and nobody else does.
