Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

More often than not, dragons from all over EG's Cave travel to the hiding place of the White dragons to nurse broken hearts. Dragons who have lost their mates for many different reasons seek the Whites' magic to eradicate the pain that they feel. Because the White dragons lack the magic to heal the pain inside these dragons' souls and hearts, Rosy Angelic Charm, a Radiant Angel, resides in the Heal Sector with them.

Rosy Angelic Charm has assisted many grieving dragons by bringing new hope and happiness to them. He has even been known to rekindle the lost love by bringing the uninterested mates together and reforming the bonds between them. Though Rosy Angelic Charm does not possess magic like the White dragons, he truly has a gift.
